All products from One Nation Apparel are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times (after production)

United States: 5–7 business days (Standard) | 2–3 business days (Express)
International: 10–20 business days depending on destination country

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
