Because many of our products are made-to-order, we ask customers to review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Defective products
  • Printing errors

If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • brief description

Non-Returnable Items

Because products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • buyer’s remorse
  • accidental orders

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

5–10 business days

for your financial institution to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within:

12 hours of purchase

Once production has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
